High Quality Self Catered Chalet In The Heart Of Morzine (sleeps 8-11)

Newly renovated for the 2010/11 season, Chalet Jouet boasts an amazing location, right in the heart of Morzine. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms located over 2 floors and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with spectacular views towards Avoriaz. The chalet benefits from a cosy wood burner in the living area and balconies in both the living space and one bedroom plus a Juliet balcony in the master bedroom. There is also a 6 man sauna and wet room on the ground floor. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. 
 

Master Bedroom 1
Located on the second floor, the master bedroom is a large room with a sunny Juliet balcony and uninterrupted views towards Avoriaz. There are two single beds, one with a guest bed, which can be made up on request. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Family Bedroom 2
Located on the first floor, this is another spacious bedroom with access onto a balcony that stretches across the length of the chalet with stunning views. This room also has two singles, plus a guest bed that can be made up on request. This room has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Double Bedroom 3
This bedroom is a lovely double with an en-suite shower room.

Mezzanine Bedroom 4
Discover real Alpine character in this small but perfectly formed bedroom! This room has a double bed with steep stairs up to a mezzanine area with a single bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.
 

Open Plan Living/ Dining Area
The living area is located on the first floor with stunning, uninterrupted mountain views. The back wall has been replaced throughout with glass, giving an amazing sense of space, light and the Alps in your chalet. Doors lead on to a lovely balcony. The living area comfortably seats 8, and can squeeze in more if needs be. There is a fully enclosed log burner in the corner and wood is provided.The dining area is between the kitchen and living area and the table seats up to 10 people comfortably.The kitchen is stylish and practical with a 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher & large larder fridge freezer. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.

Sauna & Wet Room
Sooth those aching muscles in our 6 man sauna which is located on the ground floor. There is a connecting wet room, whether you want a cold shower or a warm one.

Ski Storage
The entrance area to the chalet is on the ground floor. There is bespoke storage for skis, boots, boards and ski jackets, and the room has underfloor heating to ensure they dry out overnight. There is also a toilet and wash hand basin and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

FREE Internet & Playstation
The chalet has FREE Wifi internet connection and there is also a 32" LCD TV with UK High Definition Satellite channels. And for those very snowy days, there is a Playstation 3 with a selection of games (which also doubles as a DVD player).
 

Self Catering Chalet Service

We will provide linen & towels and can also pre-book your lift passes so they are waiting for you in the chalet on your arrival. We can provide travel cots (please bring linen for cots), high chairs, steriliser, baby changing and play mat, baby bouncy chair and a selection of toys.

Airport Transfers To Geneva

We also have our own fleet of 8 seat VW mini-buses so can offer you return airport transfers from Geneva (just an hour and a half drive door to door) at €70 per person for up to 4 guests and €55 per person if 4 or more guests, pick ups and drop offs between 9am and 9pm.

Location

The chalet is right in the centre of Morzine, 200 metres from the Tourist Office & therefore, within easy reach of a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants. It's only a 5 minute walk to either Pleney or Super-Morzine telecabine. The free ski bus stops within 100m of the chalet should you wish to use it.

Ski Hire

We recommend Francois Baud Freeride situated at the bottom of Pleney telecabine. They offer a great choice of quality ski rental equipment at competitive prices and you will receive a 20% discount as a Reach4thealps guest, staff are helpful & there is overnight heated storage for boots & skis.

Catering Services

If you fancy some home cooked meals then let us know what you would like, we can arrange for a chef to come into the chalet or have homemade meals delivered to the chalet, prices on request.
