Cote D’Arbroz is an exceptionally bright spacious studio, 36sqm. The studio has a double bed and 2 bunks that fold down. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge), dining table and chairs and a large sofa, there is plenty of storage and hanging space. There is a new bathroom with shower attachment in the bath and French doors lead onto a large south facing balcony. A table, chairs and parasol are provided. There are 2 extra beds for occasional visitors.

Location

The chalet is in an idyllic location, situated in a tiny picturesque hamlet called Essert La Pierre, 5km from the centre of Morzine. It is a very peaceful location, ideal for those who really want to enjoy fresh mountain air & have complete peace at night. The hamlet sits up high on the north side of the valley which means we enjoy the sun all day long as well as fantastic views. It takes 5 minutes to drive into Morzine & 2 minutes to the supermarket.
