Overview
Brown Bear Lodge is a beauitiful spacious chalet with 7 ensuite bedrooms situated in the lovely hamlet of Montriond which adjoins Morzine. It is a 5 minute drive to Ardent telecabine which is a brilliant access point to Avoriaz & the rest of the Portes Du Soleil ski area. It has it’s own outdoor hot tub and an indoor sauna. This season due to Covid-19 it is available for the winter season and would be perfect for a family or close friends who are able to work remotely and who can then benefit from living in a beautiful chalet in an idyllic location with the ski slopes just a 5 minute drive away!
The four rooms on the top floor all have balconies and are exceptionally spacious, there is then a bedroom on the sitting room level and 2 more bedrooms on the basement level. There is therefore plenty of room to dedicate some rooms to being a work space and or having spare rooms if you were to have visitors to stay.
Location
Brown Bear Lodge is located in the little hamlet of Montriond which adjoins Morzine and offers easy access to Avoriaz and the rest of the Portes Du Soleil ski area via the Ardent telecabine.
Montriond has grocery shop, a great bar/restaurant La Marmotte D’Or, Le Rocher pizza restaurant, a hotel and a ski hire shop which are all a short walk from the chalet.
It is an easy 20 minute walk along the river to Morzine and the free bus is a 3 minute walk from the Lodge.
