gina & marcus

Gina a fait une saison de ski à Chamonix à l'âge de 20 ans et a attrapé le virus du ski et l'amour de la montagne. Bien qu'ils aient tous deux un "bon" travail, les montagnes leur manquaient toujours et ils parlaient sans cesse de s'installer dans les Alpes. Ils ont fini par travailler leur première saison ensemble à Morzine et sont tombés amoureux de la région des Portes du Soleil. Le nom de la société a été imaginé au All Bar One de Leicester Square, à Londres, avec un groupe d'amis, et Reach4thealps a été lancé au cours de l'été 2002. Ils ont accueilli les premiers clients au Chalet Sol Re en décembre 2002, après beaucoup de bricolage, de confection de rideaux et de voyages à Ikea !

Ils ont géré avec succès le Chalet Sol Re pendant 2 ans, puis ont commencé à s'étendre petit à petit et, depuis, ont développé un portefeuille de propriétés avec et sans restauration entre Morzine et Les Gets. Entre-temps, ils ont réussi à se marier et à avoir deux enfants !

Jo

Directeur des opérations

Jo est notre responsable des opérations qui a commencé à travailler avec nous à l'hiver 2019/20. Entre son travail d'hôte à bord de catamarans en Grèce et en Croatie, Jo venait à Morzine en vacances et travaillait dans des chalets depuis quelques années. Son amour du ski et du VTT fait de Morzine l'endroit idéal pour vivre, et elle est vraiment heureuse de faire partie de l'équipe de Reach 4 The Alps !

Katie & Ewan

Chalet Hosts

Katie and Ewan are retuning for their 2nd season with Reach 4 the alps in chalet Coutettaz! Ewan grew up in Dorset and became an outdoor instructor, mainly in Scotland and Wales. He had always dreamed of working in the alps and has worked two summers in Morzine, looking forward to being back for my second winter here! Katie has been working abroad doing winter & summer seasons for the past 5 years, and loves the lifestyle that it brings getting to experience so many new things and meet loads of lovely new people. Katie learned how to ski in Les Gets and loves the PDS ski area and has many fond memories here! 

Helen & Phil

ÉQUIPE DE LA STATION

Helen et Phil ont toujours aimé la montagne et il y a quelques années, ils ont abandonné leur carrière professionnelle et leur mode de vie 9-5 pour réaliser leur rêve de travailler dans les montagnes et de faire une saison de ski. Après 3 saisons à La Tania et 3 saisons d'hiver avec nous au Chalet Claire Vallee et à la Ferme de la Coutettaz, ils sont maintenant à Morzine pour de bon ! Vous les trouverez en train d'héberger en hiver et de s'occuper de nos chalets et jardins en été. Ils font partie intégrante de l'équipe Reach et nous ne savons pas ce que nous ferions sans eux !

Ailbhe

Booking Coordinator and Guest Services

Ailbhe is from Limerick, Ireland. She studied hotel management and has worked in various hotels and and roles in hospitality since graduating. She loves travelling and is just back from exploring some of south east Asia! Ailbhe has always loved skiing since her first trip to Colorado. Since then, she has spent time skiing in Austria and Spain and has now moved with her partner to Morzine to be closer to the slopes and mountain air and is really excited to be part of the Reach 4 the Alps team.

TANGUY & GINA

Hôtes du chalet

Tanguy et Gina seront vos hôtes de chalet cette saison. Avec l'expérience de Tanguy en tant que chef professionnel dans des pays tels que l'Australie, la Nouvelle-Zélande, la France et le Royaume-Uni, et l'expérience de Gina dans les restaurants, les bars et les hôtels, ils s'engagent à faire en sorte que les clients passent un séjour confortable et agréable. Pendant leur temps libre, elles aiment skier et explorer les montagnes et sont heureuses de partager leurs conseils et leurs expériences avec les clients. Ayant travaillé ensemble pendant trois ans dans divers environnements, des restaurants aux châteaux, elles ont affiné leurs compétences pour prendre soin de leurs hôtes de manière exceptionnelle.

Lois & Leah

Twin sisters Leah and Lois, hailing from the Welsh mountains, are back with Reach4theAlps for their third winter season!
These two are not only fantastic cooks and wonderful hosts, but also true mountain enthusiasts. When they’re not looking after our guests in the chalet, you’ll find them skiing, snowboarding, road biking (yes, even in winter!) or hiking the local trails.
They’re apparently not identical twins… but can you tell them apart? 😉.

Noa & Gustavo

ÉQUIPE DE LA STATION

Noa and Gustavo will be joining the Reach4thealps team for the first time. Gustavo is from Portugal and has a big love for surfing and photography. Noa is from The Netherlands and has a heart for traveling and adventure. Both of them have been dreaming of working in the snow for a while and this season it will become reality! You will find Gustavo behind the steering wheel as the resort driver and Noa will be looking after the property and the guest as part of the Resort crew. On their time off you will find them snowboarding the mountain 😉
