White Water Rafting

White water rafting is exhilarating fun for anyone aged 7 and up! Navigate grade 3 and 4 rapids in an inflatable raft, guided by experts who make the trip even more thrilling. Along the way, they encourage you to jump off small cliffs into the swirling water and even capsize the raft for added excitement.

For those with some rafting experience, the “rafting spéciale” offers an extended adventure, featuring three additional rapids and lasting an hour and a half instead of the usual hour. For the truly adventurous, the “rafting intégrale” provides a full 2-hour journey down even more challenging rapids further upriver.

In addition to rafting, you can try two more adrenaline-pumping water activities: hotdogging and hydrospeeding. These offer unique and thrilling ways to experience the river’s power and excitement.

Hotdogging and Hydrospeeding

Hotdogging offers a more hands-on adventure compared to rafting. Instead of being on an 8-person raft, you and a partner navigate the rapids in an inflatable canoe, joining a group of fellow “hotdogs.” A guide in his own canoe accompanies the group, ensuring a fun and safe route down the river.

For the truly adventurous, Hydrospeeding provides a unique thrill. Wearing a padded wetsuit, helmet, flippers, and using a float, you “swim” down the rapids under the watchful eye of a qualified guide.

Both Hotdogging and Hydrospeeding require participants to be over 14 and able to swim. We are happy to book any of these activities for guests staying in Reach4thealps accommodation, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience on the water.
