Reach4thealps is an established and successful Chalet Company based in Morzine, run by Gina and Marcus Ewart.  We are both very keen skiers and bikers and love Morzine & this area. We are passionate about delivering great holidays through excellent customer service.

We set up Reach4thealps in 2002 and we currently have a portfolio of 5 catered (winter only) and 15 self-catered properties in the Morzine & Les Gets area. All the chalets are of a high standard but what ensures our repeat rate stays high is the level of customer service and high standard of catering we offer along with the help of our staff, which is why we need to continue to have motivated, capable and happy staff.

Guest Services & Bookings Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the Reach4TheAlps team as a key year-round member of our office. You will work closely with Gina and Marcus, the business owners, Jo, our Operations Manager, and Adam, who manages transfers and maintenance and of course our resort team.

This role focuses on handling enquiries, managing bookings, and providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities

Enquiries & Guest Communication

  • Respond promptly to email and phone enquiries.
  • Keep property availability updated on our website and partner platforms.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our chalets, the resort, and the services we offer.
  • Suggest ideas to improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Design newsletters to engage guests.

Bookings Management

  • Update and manage guest details in our booking system.
  • Handle agency enquiries.
  • Assist guests with existing bookings, including lift passes, transfers, and dietary requirements.

Website & Social Media Admin

  • Refresh website content with weekly blogs and news items.
  • Update pricing and promotions across our website and agency platforms.
  • Promote Reach4TheAlps on social media to drive traffic to our website.

Operational Support

  • Ensure guests receive accurate arrival instructions.
  • Process lift passes online.
  • Provide hands-on support when needed, such as helping out on busy changeover days with meeting guests, picking up linen, checking hot tubs, clearing snow, and delivering lift passes.

Key Skills

  • Strong computer skills (Google Drive, photo editing, WordPress).

  • Numeracy skills for calculating pricing adjustments.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Office experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or the ski industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing.

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive package tailored to experience.
  • French contract (seasonal initially, with the option to move to full-time).

Hours

  • Winter: 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day. Split shifts available for mountain time.
  • Rest of the Year: 4 days a week.

Embrace the Adventure with Us in Morzine

Package:

  • For those who don’t live here we can offer shared accommodation and a monthly salary paid through the French system.
  • If you have a car and use it for work, you’ll be recompensed accordingly
  • For micro entrepreneur’s hourly wage is €20-€25 an hour depending on experience and number of hours.

Looking for presentable, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking considerate candidates who have cleaning/housekeeping experience and have a nice, friendly, enthusiastic but professional manner for welcoming guests and helping them with any queries and who can use their initiative to organise themselves so that the cleaning gets done thoroughly but quickly.

Looking for candidates with  relevant work experience and who are happy working as part of team to share out work and pull together when necessary.
