Get in TouchReach4thealps is an established and successful Chalet Company based in Morzine, run by Gina and Marcus Ewart. We are both very keen skiers and bikers and love Morzine & this area. We are passionate about delivering great holidays through excellent customer service.
We set up Reach4thealps in 2002 and we currently have a portfolio of 5 catered (winter only) and 15 self-catered properties in the Morzine & Les Gets area. All the chalets are of a high standard but what ensures our repeat rate stays high is the level of customer service and high standard of catering we offer along with the help of our staff, which is why we need to continue to have motivated, capable and happy staff.

Summer Crew Housekeeping Role

We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to become a vital part of our team this summer! Whether you’re already a Morzine local or dreaming of a summer filled with mountain air and vibrant community life, we’ve got the perfect part-time housekeeping role for you!
This isn’t just any job; it’s your ticket to a summer packed with new experiences, all while working an average of 18 hours a week from the beginning of June to mid-September.
Here’s What Makes This Opportunity Shine:
- Work Hard Play Hard: Most of your 18-hour work week will be during the weekends (about 12-14 hours), with 4-6 hours mid week for those mid-week refreshes or changeovers.
- Diverse and Dynamic Role: From deep cleaning to making beds, managing linen returns, stocking up on cleaning supplies, and being the warm welcome that greets our guests – your role is key to our success and our guests’ happiness.
- Be the Heartbeat of Our Properties: You’re not just tidying up; you’re the go-to for guest offering advice on the best spots and activities in Morzine, and ensuring they have all they need for a memorable stay.
- Knowledge is Power: Get to know the ins and outs of our properties, from operating appliances to troubleshooting, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay for all guests.
- Team Collaboration: Plan and coordinate your cleaning schedule effectively with the rest of the team, ensuring seamless guest transitions and the highest standards of hospitality.

Package:
- For those who don’t live here we can offer shared accommodation and a monthly salary paid through the French system.
- If you have a car and use it for work, you’ll be recompensed accordingly
- For micro entrepreneur’s hourly wage is €20-€25 an hour depending on experience and number of hours.

Looking for presentable, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking considerate candidates who have cleaning/housekeeping experience and have a nice, friendly, enthusiastic but professional manner for welcoming guests and helping them with any queries and who can use their initiative to organise themselves so that the cleaning gets done thoroughly but quickly.
Looking for candidates with relevant work experience and who are happy working as part of team to share out work and pull together when necessary.
