Meet the Team

Lois and Leah enjoy being in Morzine so much that they’re coming back for their fourth winter season. They love sharing their passion for the mountains and local area with their guests, as well as cooking lots of delicious meals for them, and always try to ensure that the chalet has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In their free time, they love being up in the mountains, either skiing or snowshoeing, and even go out cycling on their road bikes.

We’re Andrés and Sol, a couple from Argentina who love travelling, discovering new cultures and meeting new people. We spent three years living and working in restaurants & cafe's in New Zealand, where we were constantly surrounded by mountains and the outdoors. This experience sparked our desire to discover the French Alps and experience life in the mountains from a new perspective.
In our free time, we love exploring new places, trying different food and going hiking. Sol is a baker who loves cooking and keeping active, while Andrés enjoys music and exploring new places by bike.
We’re really excited about this new adventure in the French Alps, meeting the team, sharing experiences with our guests and making the most of the winter season!

Hi, I’m Jack, a 21-year-old from the UK and I’ll be joining the team in Morzine this winter! I’ve been skiing in the Alps since I was four, so spending a full season in the mountains has always been a dream of mine.

I have several years of experience working in hospitality, in kitchens as well as bar and waiting roles. I’m a very sociable person and love meeting new people, trying new things and being part of a team.

Outside of work, I’m a big Manchester United fan, very keen on my fitness and nutrition, and of course, an avid skier! I’m really looking forward to getting stuck into the season, exploring Morzine and helping make sure everyone has an amazing time in the mountains.

Hi everyone! We’re Maie, 28, and Emily, 20, two Brits very excited to be swapping the UK for a ski season. We’re both big travellers and love exploring new places. This last year we have been working together out in Australia and spent time travelling around Southeast Asia and Scotland, and we can’t wait for our next trip to begin in the mountains!

We’re both completely new to the world of skiing, so we’re super excited to give it a go! Between us, we have a range of hospitality experience, working both front of house and kitchen roles, with a big love for baking and cooking! Look forward to meeting everyone out there! 

Hi I’m Jay, I love the outdoors and any sporty activities, I’ve worked in the cycle and motorcycle industry since I left school, but recently quit my 9-5 to cycle across the world, ticking off new experiences along the way, a ski season being one of them. Really looking forward to swapping two wheels for a pair of skis this winter as well as meeting lots of new faces!

Hi there! We are Noa and Gustavo and we are excited to be coming back to Reach4theAlps for a second season. Last year we have completely fallen in love with snowboarding and living in the snowy mountains so we have decided to make this a part of our life :)

In summer we live along the Portuguese coast in our lovely camper van. Gus is from Portugal and is a surf instructor with a big passion for radical sports, the ocean and photography. Noa is from The Netherlands and loves working in hospitality along side travelling and adventure.

Jess and Kane come from a coastal town in Australia, where sunshine, surfing and the ocean are a big part of everyday life. They both love being outdoors, whether it’s bodyboarding, snowboarding, swimming or hiking.

Spending a winter in the French Alps has been a dream of theirs, and they’re so excited to swap the Australian summer, beach and sunshine for snow, mountains and their first ever white Christmas! They can’t wait to experience life in the Alps, meet new people, make some amazing memories and be part of the Reach4theAlps team this winter.

Hi, I’m Tallulah, I’m 21 and come from the UK and I’m so excited to be joining the team in Morzine as Resort Crew this winter! 

I love travelling and spending time with friends and family. I’ve always loved skiing and being in the mountains. I’m really looking forward to meeting new people, getting stuck into the season and making lots of amazing memories along the way!

Hi, I’m Amber! I’m excited to join the team this season after graduating from university. 

I have grown up skiing and snowboarding in the Morzine area and can’t wait to explore more of the mountains and meet new people. As well as a passion for snowboarding, I enjoy painting, photography and film making.

Hello, my name is David. I've been living in the Alps for the last 20 years or so. My favorite pastimes are sailing, motorcycling, and of course skiing, but I tend to lean on the snowboard side of things, also involved in amateur dramatics  I'm kind of a happy-go-lucky sort of guy and love living here in the Alps.
