Deposit & Payments

We accept Visa (credit or debit) and Mastercard, and do not charge any credit card commission fees. We do not accept AMEX. All monies are debited in euros, so you may need to check with your bank regarding transaction fees. If you do not wish to pay by card, we will accept a euro bank transfer to our French account. Please note we can only accept one bank transfer per booking.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is 25% of the chalet cost for self-catered properties.

A security deposit of €1000 per apartment will also be pre-authorised 2 weeks prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    The Petit Sapin apartment was perfect for us both with our two older teenage boys, or even with 3 couples sharing - although you'd fight over who gets the en-suite.
    Lovely mountain views from the balcony at the back, watching the parascenders over breakfast and the bats in the evenings.
    Very convienent for the town centre and the lifts.
    A well stocked kitchen was a plus, and was very nice to have milk and a bottle of wine on arrival as well as salt, pepper and some condiments and spices.
    Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had issues with the garage door (my error) - they arrived within a couple of minutes to assist. Our hire car was on the large side, and I was anxious getting it in and out, in the end I parked opposite on the street - which was no bother at all.
    Lovely people, lovely place - I would definitely stay again if we come back.

    We had a great time in Morzine! The apartment was lovely and had everything you need. Perfect size for 6 adults. The location was ideal, just 5-10 minutes walk from the two ski lifts and close to shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting morzine!

    One of the best places I stayed in Morzine. Its location is ideal for all restaurants and bars and always stays on a quiet street. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with everything you need to enjoy a good rest at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this apartment and the hosts, I am sure we will come back in the future.
