La Vista
Overview
La Vista is a charming self-catered apartment in Morzine, ideal for families or small groups, comfortably sleeping up to five guests. It has two bedrooms: a spacious master with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room with an additional bunk bed, plus a separate shower room and toilet.
With a welcoming open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, La Vista feels like a home away from home. The large balcony offers beautiful views over Morzine, Nyon and Pleney – a lovely spot to enjoy a leisurely Savoyarde lunch in the sunshine or relax with family and friends.
Ideally located close to the Passerelle bridge, La Vista is just a short walk from Morzine town centre perfect for summer holidays and easy access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, Parc des Dérêches and Super Morzine lift, which links up to Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil mountain biking network. You're also perfectly placed for morning pastry runs or evenings enjoying Morzine's shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment also benefits from secure bike storage and underground parking for one car.

Booking details & Policies
We accept Visa (credit or debit) and Mastercard, and do not charge any credit card commission fees. We do not accept AMEX. All monies are debited in euros, so you may need to check with your bank regarding transaction fees. If you do not wish to pay by card, we will accept a euro bank transfer to our French account. Please note we can only accept one bank transfer per booking.
A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is 25% of the chalet cost for self-catered properties.
A security deposit of €1000 per apartment will also be pre-authorised 2 weeks prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We had a brilliant 5 night stay in your apartment. The location was fantastic - just a short walk across the bridge to the town centre or down to the pool and the dereches. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and the balcony is really big with great views across and down the whole valley (see photo) and was sunny all afternoon and evening. Thank you -

Gina was very very good with answering questions and dealing with everything we needed.
The apartment was spotless clean, and comfortable. The prefect place for a trip away to the mountains.
There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board and practically everything you could possibly need.
She even sorted our lift passes for us.

Just had a week at Gina’s apartment. Short notice trip.
Gina was very very good with answering questions and dealing with everything we needed.
The apartment was spotless clean, and comfortable. The prefect place for a trip away to the mountains.
There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board and practically everything you could possibly need.
She even sorted our lift passes for us.
Definitely recommend! And would be my first choice going back. -

Also having a washer & dryer was a joy. We don’t ski or bike but still found lots to explore & walk & the tennis club was close by to play padel & tennis. Pool was lovely close by also. All of us sad to leave the place & hope to return one day.

What a lovely apartment. Spot on for what we wanted. Location is perfect for a short walk into morzine for pastries & bread in morning or lots of choice to eat/drink later in the day. The views are just spectacular & close to lifts. The apartment had everything you could need & so nice to go to an accommodation where there have spent some money on decent beds, linen & big towels! Also having a washer & dryer was a joy. We don’t ski or bike but still found lots to explore & walk & the tennis club was close by to play padel & tennis. Pool was lovely close by also. All of us sad to leave the place & hope to return one day.
