With the village's restaurants, cafés, bars and shops all within easy walking distance, it's the ideal base for making the most of everything Morzine has to offer.

The chalet's standout feature is its spectacular elevated position, with panoramic views across Morzine and towards Avoriaz. The bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is flooded with natural light thanks to its large picture windows, while the log fire creates a warm and cosy atmosphere for relaxing together after a day on the mountain.

Designed with skiers in mind, the ground floor offers a spacious entrance hall with plenty of room for boots and ski equipment, along with a shower room, separate WC, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sleeping up to 11 guests, the chalet has four comfortable ensuite bedrooms with flexible layouts. Two rooms can be configured as twins or triples, one has a double bed plus a full-height mezzanine with a single bed, and the fourth is a twin room.

Deposit & Payments

We accept Visa (credit or debit) and Mastercard, and do not charge any credit card commission fees. We do not accept AMEX. All monies are debited in euros, so you may need to check with your bank regarding transaction fees. If you do not wish to pay by card, we will accept a euro bank transfer to our French account. Please note we can only accept one bank transfer per booking.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is 25% of the chalet cost for self-catered properties.

A security deposit of €1000 per apartment will also be pre-authorised 2 weeks prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    Very good holiday with Reach 4 the alps. The chalet has a big living space and spacious bedrooms. Nice to have the separate boot room space too. The maintenance man (sorry I can’t remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. And Finn our driver was also great. The kitchen needs an extra chopping board and more sharp knifes.

    Great place right in the centre of town with easy access to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a ski trip. Nice communal kitchen and living area, and the log burner was great after a day skiing. Ideal for larger groups heading skiing and very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

    The location to the slopes is fantastic! The house itself is also very relaxed. We were with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space. In terms of kitchen utensils, we missed large pans to cook for 8 people, but they were brought later. Top service, also with regard to tips and ski passes. We'd love to come back!

    Spacious chalet for 10 people, with a nice central room (kitchen/living room) friendly. 4 large bedrooms with their own bathroom, and top quality bedding! The little extras: wood stove (with logs!), and a small sauna for 2-3 people, very pleasant after a day of skiing. The chalet is located in the center of Morzine (very convenient: close to shops, bus, tourist office, ski lifts, etc.), with 1 parking space. Very good contact with team: smiling, responsive and helpful, in short we were very well received and we had a pleasant stay.
