We had a fabulous short break; it's one of many with Reach and at Cairn Lodge, our favourite chalet. Everything is very high standard; booking, transfers, accomodation, lift passes on arrival, transport to/from the slopes, the fabulous food, and excellent chalet hosts Gina and Tanguy. See you again next year.

We had the most amazing week staying at the beautiful Cairn Lodge. 
We loved the location; a short walk into town, but also well placed to catch the bus to The Prodains Lift or Pleney. We loved the hot tub! The food! Everything was delicious. Flexible and friendly lifts to and from the slopes/apres ski. We were very impressed with the wines, and the drinks with canapés. All very generously topped up frequently! Toungey and Gina were absolutely fantastic hosts, both friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious and presented beautifully.
The drivers were all friendly and exceptionally flexible and easy to communicate with.
A lovely team all round!

Absolutely Brilliant! 
Outstanding food, beautiful room, the views, the champagne cocktails and canapes, the food, basically everything! The staff are simply wornderful! It goes without saying our main hosts, Toungi and Gina, were fantastic, but also our diver, Nathan and Phil and the two hosts we met on the host's day off. Everyone was amazing, and clearly cared for their customers and doing a great job for Reach4theAlps. The drivers were great and accommodating. Once, my husband had forgotten his bag at the chalet, and one of the drivers ran it up to us at the Plenny, which was so kind, as it had all the usual, phone, money, etc... 
Everything was wonderful, even the small details that we hadn't experienced before. Allowing us to use the sandwich bags and take cake, croissants out with us. It was lovely, as I normally overeat at the wrong times, but taking some of the yummy food meant nothing went to waste, and we were still able to enjoy it.

Outstanding accomodation and staff. The choice of food was amazing and beautifully presented and served. The bedrooms are cosy, the sauna & hot tub - all contributed to a perfect stay! Nothing to improve - keep it the same, but order some more sunshine! 
Thank you and all of your team, Gina, Tanguy, Nathan, Phil & Gus for their outstanding service. All meals were delicious and appreciated by the adults and children. We all loved Cairn Lodge, cosy bedrooms, spacious dining & living area. The Sauna & Hot tub were a big hit with adults and children. We will certainly recommend Reach for the Alps. One of our family is considering booking for next year with their previous ski friends.

My husband and I stayed at Cairn Lodge over the weekend just wanted to say how great Gina and Tanguy are as hosts and the meals particularly dinners were fantastic! And thanks to all the drivers too, all very friendly and chatty. Have a good rest of the season!

Absolutely amazing from the airport pickup to drop off we had such a great time. The service and food was wonderful, Gina the amazing hostess and Tonguy’s food was exceptional especially as I was dairy intolerant. special mention for Gina’s admin and communication as this made our holiday very smooth. We would highly recommend staying withReach4thealps and we will be back soon.

Spent a lovely long weekend at Cairn Lodge in mid January. We’ve been with Reach 4 The Alps for many years now and have stayed at this Chalet many times. This was the second year with Tanguy and Gina as hosts, and these guys really are the best! Gina is a fantastic host, totally organised, friendly and brilliant at all she does. Tanguy, well, he is a spectacular chef (and a thoroughly nice guy) who produces beautiful dishes every day. The beef bourguignon was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had lots over the years as it’s my favourite dish… This guy is a proper chef and it shows!
This year they were backed up by Nathan and together the team looked after us superbly and did everything to make sure our break was as amazing as ever. Can’t speak highly enough of this place and this crew. Looking forward to next time!

Just Brilliant ! Outstanding chalet , very well laid out, comfortable and stylish seating area allowing everyone to gather. Gina and Tanguay were outstanding hosts - the best we have met and everything was anticipated and sorted for us even before we realised there was a problem. They and Nathan were also good company. A highlight was the feeling we were being taken care of, we were in safe hands and that everything would be done just right - a Goldilocks stay

Fantastic as always! Hot tub was really nice after a day on the slopes. Food….10 out of 10 plus the amazing cheese board. 
Everything was very good, just as expected from a skiing holiday. 

Excellent holiday. Loved the hot tub, comfortable beds & space for all guests to sit down on a comfy chair. Gena was great front of house & Tangie (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly) was an excellent chef! - you should award accordingly and hang on to them for next year! The airport transfers and ski drop offs/pick ups were on time which was great, on a short break maximising slope time is our key consideration.
Everything was on time and went to plan, we had no slip ups, delays or sorry we do not have that this week, it was overall a great short break!

Have stayed in many self catering ski chalets over the years and Reach for the Alps is all round the best I have experienced

A group of 15 of us had the most amazing week in the catered chalet Cairn. From communication when booking, transfers, friendliness and professionalism of everyone we encountered, quality and quantity of food, cleanliness of chalet, hot tub, sauna, helpfulness, etc everything was perfection. The attention to detail is phenomenal. An extremely well thought out and executed company. The chalet hosts Gina, Tanguy and Nathan were amazing. They got the vibe of the group and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Just wanted to let you know what great hosts, Gina, Tanguy and Sander were during our stay. The meals were great, we loved the food. It was a very seamless few days away.

Excellent stay - gorgeous chalet, amazing food and service. Very comfortable chalet- nice and extensive seating area; the big log fire; the hot tub and sauna room - everything was lovely. The staff were absolutely outstanding- they had a great way with guests and were very much in control of everything whilst being very kind and accommodating- would highly recommend. Very good and efficient and lovely friendly drivers. Excellent standard of accommodation and food and wine; really lovely service - with the private transfer and doorstep skis, no time was wasted and we got maximum skiing time.

Fabulous experience at Cairn.

Hot tub, peacefulness, food, hosts, comfort of the living area, good sized rooms, plenty of space, bed was a little hard for me but that’s personal preference. The staff were lovely! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Always very welcoming in the morning, at the end of the day, Gina, Tanguy & Sander are a real asset to R4A. They are my favourite hosts from all my many stays with R4A!

Just back from our fifth short break stay at Cairn Lodge. The transfers were perfect, as always. The chalet has always been one of our favourites and this year the staff excelled themselves. The chalet is spacious, beautiful and in great condition. It is luxurious but also has a warm and homy feel, which suited us perfectly. We were impressed with the quality of the construction and the equipment and how no little detail was spared for the comfort of the guests. The overall quality of the place is truly outstanding. We also loved the location, which is perfectly situated halfway between the center of Morzine and the Avoriaz gondola, on the free shuttle route. The chalet has gorgeous views from the living room, dining room and bedrooms. We enjoyed the amenities as well, like the large terrace, the jacuzzi and sauna. Last but not least, we thought the staff was truly exceptional and the delicious meals they prepared for us will remain some of the most memorable highlights of our stay.

The staff was so wonderful in every possible way that they made our stay truly magical. Beyond the nice accommodations that the chalet provides, the house team was a huge hit and delivered a level of service that left us speechless. They were always extremely professional yet warm and friendly and always tried to find ways to be helpful and enhance our stay. We felt incredibly pampered at all times and could not have asked for a better experience.

Our van service was perfect. Our driver was always punctual, pleasant, eager to please and an excellent driver. We appreciated his professionalism and very much enjoyed interacting with him.

The staff, the quality of the chalet and the top-notch customer service your team provided throughout the entire process, which was truly outstanding. I would give Reach4thealps 6 stars if I could.

Excellent experience. Staff were tremendous, and the shuttle service is a game changer. Staff (Tracy, Gavin & Greg) were amazing and the shuttle to and from slopes really made the holiday. Particularly given the lack of snow in Morzine.
