Planning your stay is simple with our clear booking policies and payment options. Here's everything you need to know:
Deposit & Payments

We accept Visa (credit or debit) and Mastercard, and do not charge any credit card commission fees. We do not accept AMEX. All monies are debited in euros, so you may need to check with your bank regarding transaction fees. If you do not wish to pay by card, we will accept a euro bank transfer to our French account. Please note we can only accept one bank transfer per booking.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is 25% of the chalet cost for self-catered properties.

A security deposit of €1000 per apartment will also be pre-authorised 2 weeks prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    Excellent! The chalet was located a couple of min walk to main town and ski lifts. The hot tub was a nice highlight! Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The private transfer driver was helpful and showed us round the chalet. We requested some drinks to be put in the chalet ready and the request was upheld and a lovely touch, saving us some time.
    Areas was brill, accommodation was super! I’ll definitely use you again!

    We absolutely loved staying in the apartment. It was modern, clean and very comfortable. There was lots of space and each room had an ensuite which is great with teens! The bedrooms are private and very comfortable. The views from the hot tub were lovely. The team were always quick to respond and really flexible when we asked to stay another night, we really didn’t want to leave! We love staying in Morzine in both summer and winter, there is so much to do. We will be back!!

    We loved our stay here. It was walkable to town, good restaurants and the ski lifts. The chalet is beautiful, very clean and just like the pictures (it has an ensuite in every room and also has a handy boot room) Gina and the team were very responsive to all our enquiries and helped to arrange our transfers and ski passes, which made our life much easier. We would definitely love to come back!
