Our local team is also on hand throughout your stay to assist with lift passes, ski hire, airport transfers, childcare, activity recommendations, and everything else you need for a stress-free mountain getaway.

In Resort Driver
To make getting around easier, we offer a pre-bookable private driver service. Our 8-seater minibuses can be made available from 08:00–10:00 and from 15:00–19:00, providing transfers to the slopes and collections from the après-ski bars.
Please note: This service must be arranged before your arrival. We can drop off and collect guests from Pleney, Super Morzine, and Prodains.
Daily Clean or Mid Stay Clean
Additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay, whether you’d like a daily refresh or a one-off mid-week clean to keep the chalet tidy and comfortable.

Lift Passes
We offer the best available online prices on lift passes, with the added convenience of having them ready for you on arrival at your chalet. Payment isn’t due until two weeks before your stay, and passes can be changed or refunded any time before they’re used.
