As a family of 6, with grown up children the holiday was perfect for us from start to finish. 
The spacious apartment catered for a large family perfectly. The space was modern, warm, cozy, spacious, well equipped with some extras provided that enabled cooking from get go and washing provisions also. The location was so central to everything. The views from the chalet were stunning from dawn to dusk. It made living away from home with 4 grown up children very comfortable for 10 days. The welcome we received and the support and guidance from the whole team was first class. We felt that every need and query was always important to the team and responded to with such immediacy. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had simply because of how we were treated and catered for, from the very first phone call we made with Gina, on initial enquiry. This team most certainly follow through on their promises and go to every length to ensure your needs are met.
Airport transfers/ transfer services was something I have always been nervous about. I have experience of wreckless driving to and from an airport previously. So when I get into a vehicle I feel nervous. Pavel took so much care and at no stage did I ever feel apprehensive about the journey. For this I also thankyou.
From our pick up at the airport and the careful driving of Pavel, to the help and support from Gina throughout, the staff who came into the apartment to check hot tub always friendly and ready to chat and answer yet more questions. No one ever showed any sign of tiring or not wanting to help us. It always felt safe and comfortable, thanks to the warmth of all the staff. For this we thankyou.
 

Gina is a great host. The appartment is very convenient and accommodates our needs. The location is wonderful
