Piste Noire is a beautifully appointed 150m² top-floor chalet apartment in the heart of Morzine. Just 90 metres from the Pleney Telecabine and a 5-minute walk to the Super Morzine Telecabine, it's perfectly positioned for mountain biking, hiking and everything Morzine has to offer, with the swimming pool, tennis courts, skate park, shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

The spacious open-plan living area features impressive vaulted ceilings and panoramic views across Morzine and the surrounding peaks. The apartment sleeps up to 10 guests, with three en-suite twin/double bedrooms on the main living level and a family suite upstairs comprising two interconnecting bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

After a day outdoors, relax on the terrace and soak up the views or unwind in the outdoor hot tub.

A modern heat pump keeps the apartment comfortably cool during the warmer summer months, while lift access, secure underground parking and dedicated bike storage make Piste Noire an ideal base for families, cyclists and mountain lovers alike.

Planning your stay is simple with our clear booking policies and payment options. Here's everything you need to know:
Deposit & Payments

We accept Visa (credit or debit) and Mastercard, and do not charge any credit card commission fees. We do not accept AMEX. All monies are debited in euros, so you may need to check with your bank regarding transaction fees. If you do not wish to pay by card, we will accept a euro bank transfer to our French account. Please note we can only accept one bank transfer per booking.

A deposit is required at the time of booking, which is 25% of the chalet cost for self-catered properties.

A security deposit of €1000 per apartment will also be pre-authorised 2 weeks prior to your stay, and cancelled after your stay, provided the chalet is left in accordance with our terms and conditions.

    There were 6 adults and 3 children staying in this apartment, and we had an absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is ideally located right in the centre of Morzine and really offers all the necessary comforts to fully enjoy your holiday. With two babies, it wasn't always easy to go to a restaurant in the evening, but that was absolutely no problem here. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a large fridge, a huge freezer, two ovens... everything has been thought of to make cooking on site easy. And honestly, thanks to the lovely terrace with a jacuzzi, spending the evening at the apartment was a real pleasure. 

    The beds are extremely comfortable and the details really make the difference: the thick towels, the bathrooms equipped with shower products... it almost feels like staying in a hotel. 

    Finally contact with Gina and the team was quick, smooth and very pleasant from start to finish

    I stayed with 6 of my friends in a Reach4TheAlps chalet (Piste Noire) in Morzine, and had a fantastic time!

    We've stayed in plenty of chalets over the years, and this was probably our best experience this far. Extremely well appointed, bedding and linen of 5* hotel quality, squeaky clean, and clearly well maintained jacuzzi.

    On the service side: super reactive team, friendly, and focused on making sure we had a great time. And while we only stayed in one of their chalets so far, we actually struggled to pick it out of their 4-5 options that seemed a great fit for us because they all seemed better than the next.

    Would 100% trust and recommend anyone to stay with Reach4TheAlps.
