Assistant Property Manager Job Application
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager for Winter 2026/27
The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day running of our catered and self-catered properties in Morzine. This is a varied, hands-on position combining team organisation, quality control, guest service and practical support.
The role is about making sure our properties are ready to a high standard, the team knows what needs to be done, and our guests are well looked after throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Team Organisation
- Help organise and coordinate the property, cleaning and hosting teams.
- Make sure the team understands the day's priorities and workload.
- Help allocate tasks and ensure changeovers are completed on time.
- Work closely with the Property Manager and other managers to resolve problems quickly.
- Step in and help the team wherever needed during busy periods.
Property & Cleaning Standards
- Check properties after cleaning and before guest arrivals.
- Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas meet Reach4theAlps standards.
- Check that properties are correctly presented and fully prepared for incoming guests.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or missing items.
- Help with cleaning and changeovers when required – this is a hands-on role.
Guest Service
- Meet and greet guests at their accommodation when required.
- Welcome guests and provide useful information about their property and stay.
- Help resolve guest questions or problems quickly and professionally.
- Provide friendly, approachable and efficient customer service.
- Take responsibility for the company duty phone on a rota basis.
- Answer guest questions and deal with issues that arise during their stay.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage several priorities at once.
- Hands-on and happy to help with cleaning and practical tasks.
- Confident organising and supporting a team.
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable dealing directly with guests.
- Reliable and able to take responsibility.
- Calm and practical when dealing with unexpected problems.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Flexible – no two days in a chalet company are exactly the same.
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, housekeeping or team supervision is needed.
A driving licence is required, EU Passport holders preferred.
