Resort Crew & Maintenance Application

We are looking to recruit a Resort Crew/maintenance person for Winter 2026/27

Resort Crew are the heroes of our team - mixing housekeeping, covering in the Catered chalets & the upkeep our self catered properties. Our Resort Crew need to be flexible, hard working and willing to muck in!

Combined with this we are looking for someone who also has general maintenance skills, there are always small things going wrong in the chalets and we need a Mr or Ms Fix It! We aren't talking about fixing major leaks or electrical problems, but things that typically need fixed are:

Shower hose breaks- needs replaced
Plug socket comes away from wall
Wifi issues- need to call Orange and reset box
Broken shelves
Hot tub issues
Dishwasher faults (blocking, error messages)
Blocked sinks
Broken headboard and chairs
Grout needs replaced
Vacuum cleaner needs deblocking

We need someone with good general DIY experience who can use a hammer, a glue gun, sander, pair of pliers and above all their brain to diagnose the issues and fix things.

Typical duties will involve the following:

* Doing the changeover cleans alongside the other Resort Crew
*Maintenance duties, mainly on the weekend but also things crop up during the week
* Clean & maintain the hot tubs
* Making & distributing kindling and firewood to the properties.
* Having a good knowledge of the self-catered properties & resort
* Clearing snow & ice
* Helping in the catered chalets (breakfast cover, dinner cover, mid stay cleans, slope runs for the guests)
* Assisting the team with other designated tasks (i.e cleaning vans, shopping for cleaning supplies, delivering lift passes to guests).

We are looking for flexible, trustworthy, hardworking people who ideally have some cleaning/housekeeping experience but most importantly for this role to have maintenance experience, with the willingness to learn and get involved with cleaning.

You need to be nice, friendly and enthusiastic with a professional manner as you will be guest facing and helping them with any queries. We need those who can use their initiative to organise themselves so that jobs get done thoroughly but quickly. We are searching for applicants who are happy to work as part of a large team and muck in as and where required.
