Pedestrian Lift Pass Prices 

You can choose to take a pedestrian pass for the week or for added flexibility, you could take it day by day.

A pass to unlock the mountains 

Morzine is a fantastic destination for non-skiers, with plenty of activities and experiences to enjoy both in the village and up in the mountains. The Pedestrian Passes offer an easy and accessible way for non-skiers to experience the mountains and get the most out of the region in the Winter.

Walking and Nature

For all routes, appropriate footwear is required as the paths are snowy and can be icy in parts depending on conditions.

There is an excellent selection of local walking trails, ranging from gentle strolls to longer hikes, allowing you to explore the beautiful alpine scenery at your own pace. Some popular routes include:

Routes that REQUIRE a pedestrian pass

• Pleney – Les Chavannes: Use the pedestrian pass for the telecabine up to Pleney. There is then a well-signposted route from the top of Pleney over to Les Chavannes. You can choose to take the telecabine down to explore Les Gets or get some lunch with views of the pistes at La Croix Blanc before heading back along the trail to Pleney. 
• Crêtes Super Morzine: Use the pedestrian pass and take the telecabine Super Morzine to access the Zore chairlift. From the top, there is a marked route running the Crêtes de Zore ridge line. On completing the trail, you can choose to return to Zore chairlift via the same route or continue on to Avoriaz. 

For popular Routes that DONT require a pedestrian pass

• Chemin du Renard: This route follows the river from the Parc des Dérêches through the village to a woodland trail that leads to the Cascade de Nyon. 
• Parc des Dérêches loop: There are circular loops of different sizes around the Parc des Dérêches.
• Lac Montriond Loop: Take bus ligne M to Lac Montriond to enjoy a picturesque and gentle walk around the lake. There are restaurants lakeside where you can enjoy a bite to eat before returning to Morzine. 
• L'Érigné - Morzine: Take bus ligne E to L'Érigné. Here there is a large Igloo to see- great for young kids- and a restaurant for enjoying a bite to eat/snack. You can then follow the pedestrian route back to Morzine, which will take you along the river past Nyon telecabine and back to Morzine, bringing you out to the Mairie. You could walk here and back if you want a longer walk. 

Access to Activities and Attractions at Altitude

There are plenty of activities and attractions accessible at altitude that make a pedestrian lift pass a great investment, including:

Ardent / Lindarets Bowl and Village 

Access: Take Bus Ligne M (Morzine - Montriond - Lac de Montriond - Ardent Telecabine), or if you have a car, drive to Ardent where there is a good amount of free parking. 
Use your pedestrian pass to access the Lindarets Bowl and the Village of Lindarets. These are great places to soak up the mountain atmosphere - there is an excellent selection of restaurants and bars with terraces which offer the dream combination of mountain views and people watching, perfect for a destination to meet up with the skiers in the group for lunch. 

The Nyon Birds of Prey Show 

Access: You can walk to Nyon Telecabine from Morzine (approx 45mins) via the Chemin du Renard, or you can drive/take bus E (Morzine - Nyon - L'Erigné) to Nyon Car Park (free parking)

Use your pedestrian pass to go up the Nyon cable car, where at the top you will see Restaurant La Pointe de Nyon. The restaurant is a great place for a spot of lunch or to enjoy a couple of drinks at altitude, with the added bonus of being home to the bird of prey show. There is a show at 12:30 and 14:30 Saturdays to Thursdays. You will see eagles, owls, hawks and more! some swooping right over your head! 

Sledging 

As well as the areas at the base of Pleney, there is a dedicated sledging area perfect for young ones at the top of the Pleney cable car. There is a restaurant ideally located right next to it with a large terrace so you can enjoy a vin chaud or hot chocolate in one of the terrace chairs while watching the little ones play. 

Alternatively, you can take the Pleney telecabine and walk over to les Chavannes, take the telecabine down to Les Gets and spend the day exploring another mountain town as well as enjoying the sledging area at the base of Les Gets. 

Avoriaz

Use the pedestrian pass to explore the ski village of Avoriaz. Avoriaz is home to some great facilities for those who want to enjoy the mountain without skiing, including; Aquariaz aquatic centre, Deep Nature Spa with outdoor hot tub, Yeti Ice Bar and the infamous La Folie Douce Apres-Ski Bar.
